Mindfulness for Those Struggling with Primary Infertility

What is Mindfulness for Fertility?

If you are dealing with challenging emotions because you are struggling to conceive or you are pregnant after struggling to create a healthy pregnancy, you are not alone.

It’s common to feel anxious, depressed, isolated, or out of control, and it has been well documented that people with reproductive challenges like infertility or pregnancy loss experience high levels of stress.

Studies have shown that a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program (MBSR) for Fertility can help decrease your emotional distress.

Mindfulness for Fertility programs are online, 6-week, evidence based, experiential programs that draws practices and discussions from the famous Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) curriculum.
