6 Weekly classes
Thursdays, October 3 – November 7
5-6:30pm PT / 6-7:30pm MT / 8-9:30pm ET

 *If you have experienced 1st trimester pregnancy loss, there will be a subgroup option to stay online for another 30min (6:30-7:00pm PT) to discuss practices and strategies for supporting the tenderness of grieving and other accompanying emotions.

Classes are online with others who have a shared experience, creating a supportive environment of belonging through being together in community.

Note – We will not be sharing personal details about our fertility journeys in class.  Our discussions will centre around the common challenges experienced and how to work with them, regardless of the circumstances.

Where:  Online via Zoom from the comfort of your home

Tuition: $295 + gst

Everyone is warmly welcome and finances should not be a barrier to joining.  Making instalments or utilizing a sliding scale are both heartfully available for anyone in need.

If you live within VIHA (Vancouver Island Health Authority), and require financial assistance to participate, you are eligible to apply for scholarship support through the Pacific Perinatal Foundation.

If you live outside of VIHA, three bursaries ($195) are also available and there is no application required, it is first come first serve.  Please email Stephanie to inquire (scurran@elementscentre.ca).

Weeks 5-6
  • Transforming your experience of growing your family
  • Deepening your mindfulness practice
  • Applying mindfulness to daily life & the (in)fertility journey
  • Discovering new ways to respond skillfully to (in)fertility stress with self-efficacy
  • Increasing acceptance
  • Transforming fear & anxiety to loving-kindness
  • Integrating & supporting ongoing mindfulness practice on your path to parenthood
