If you are struggling with primary infertility or pregnancy loss join Dr Alda Ngo and Stephanie Curran for this online highly interactive Zoom based program.

The program consists of:

  • an orientation
  • eight weekly (2½ hour) classes
  • a 6-hour Day of Mindfulness Retreat between weeks five and six

This highly participatory and supportive program offers:

  • Guided instruction in mindfulness meditation practices
  • Gentle stretching and mindful movement
  • Teaching and discussion
  • Home practices to enhance awareness in everyday life

For optimal benefit, this program requires participants to follow daily home practice assignments, designed to assist in the development of an effective, nourishing, and sustainable meditation practice.

Join us to explore how mindfulness can support you in living life more fully and cultivate a deeper awareness, presence, openness, and connection in your life.

Mandatory Orientation: Mon, Sept 28 (6-730PM PT | 7-830 MT)
Weekly classes: Mondays, Oct 5 – Nov 23 (6-830PM PT | 7-930 MT)
Day of Mindfulness Retreat: Sun, Nov 8 (9AM-3PM PT | 10AM-4PM MT)

This program is for those who are struggling with primary infertility. 
If you are suffering from secondary infertility, please refer to this Program.
We welcome new or long-time practitioners, single people or couples, as well as all genders and gender expressions.

By donation at the completion of our 8wks together.
